PASS™ technology is a pretreatment solution for Municipal Solid Waste of Organic Fraction (FORM) designed to be used in Biogas plants. The machine, equipped with the most advanced technologies, allows for greater productivity, efficiency and versatility.
This strategic decision by both companies makes cutting-edge technology available to the Spanish and Portuguese market, committed to a sustainable future.
To date, PASS is used in Italian plants and four new technologies will soon be used for green field projects.
The PASS system is made up of three modules: a pre-shredder module located at the top of the System, a juicer module and an iron remover installed between those two modules. The machine is fed from above using special loading systems; The waste enters a pre-grinding zone, adjustable according to the type of waste, and then passes to a hopper that feeds the juicer unit. In fully operational conditions, the machine has an estimated productivity of 15 t/h.
