The Ministry of the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge opens a consultation period for its projects to modify the Order approving the regulatory bases and incentive programs for the granting of aid to unique biogas installation projects, within the framework of the PRTR and Resolution for the second call.
On July 26, 2022, Order TED/706/2022, of July 21, was published, approving the regulatory bases of the incentive program for unique biogas installation projects. On August 3, 2022, an extract of the Resolution of July 27 of the Board of Directors of EPE Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE), MP was published, which formalizes the first call for the incentive program to unique biogas installation projects. In the first call, the favorable granting of aid worth 76,5 million euros was resolved among the 81 admitted projects.
Now the interested parties are asked about the proposed modification of Order TED/706/2022 and about the formalization of the second call.
