The 6th Renewable Gas Exhibition is nearing full capacity less than six months before it takes place.

The next one concludes on April 30th. second deadline for contracting exhibition space to participate in the 6th Renewable Gas Exhibition, with a 10% discount on participation fees, which can be combined with an additional 10% for members of the Spanish Biomass Association, AVEBIOM.

With less than six months to go, the event has already booked 87% of its exhibition space, so companies interested in participating should reserve their space as soon as possible.

That same day also ends the Deadline for submitting proposals for papers to the 19th International Bioenergy CongressInterest in participating in the technical program is very high, and in fact, the number of proposals received so far already exceeds that recorded at this time last year, a further sign of the dynamism of the renewable gas sector in Spain.

This interest is closely linked to the significant potential for growth that the sector still has, as well as to the current international geopolitical context. Today, annual biomethane production in Spain is around 410 GWh, compared to a natural gas demand exceeding 310.000 GWh, which gives an idea of the potential that still exists for new projects, technical solutions, and market development.

Furthermore, European industry has expressed its interest in accelerating the actual integration of biomethane into gas networks and eliminating regulatory and technical barriers that still hinder projects in the Joint Biomethane Declaration, recently signed by several associations, including the European Biogas Association (EBA) to which AVEBIOM has belonged since its founding.

El First Renewable Gas Fair and the International Congress of Bioenergy They will therefore once again be a benchmark event for sharing experience, technology and solutions applicable to the proper development of the market.

Valladolid will once again bring together companies, technologists, operators, promoters, administrations, investors and representatives of citizen movements, in a space designed to share knowledge, compare approaches and continue advancing in viable projects, applied innovation and economic activity linked to renewable gases

"At a time when Europe is accelerating the debate on the role of biomethane and renewable gases, we need spaces where technical knowledge, practical experience, and dialogue between businesses, government agencies, and citizens can help transform opportunities into viable projects that are well understood by their communities. The Trade Fair and Congress once again offer this framework for meeting and working together.", notes Javier Díaz, President of AVEBIOM.

The second registration period ended on April 30

The deadline for submitting applications to the International Bioenergy Congress ended on April 30.

Both events are organized by AVEBIOM and will be held on the following days 29 and 30 September 2026 en Fair of Valladolid.
