The section “ Achieving the Biomethane Targets ” identifies actions to help achieve the target of 35 bcm of annual biomethane production by 2030 :
“The REGATRACE project of “ Horizon 2020 ” regarding the pan-European action plan for access to the gas network and the BIOSURF project on methodologies and guidelines for the certification and registration of biomethane, as well as the organization of calls on outstanding issues relating to the obstacles and facilitators of biomethane deployment. The obstacles identified in national plans should be taken into account and serve as a basis for future research work.”
