The European Consortium REGATRACE, in which AEBIG participates, has been referenced in the REPowerEU for the European Commission:
In the section "Achieving the Biomethane Targets”Actions are identified to help achieve the goal of 35 bcm of annual biomethane production by 2030:
"The project REGATRACE of "Horizon 2020” regarding the pan-European action plan for access to the gas network and the project BIOSURFING on methodologies and guidelines for the certification and registration of biomethane, as well as the organization of calls on pending issues related to obstacles and facilitators of biomethane deployment. Obstacles identified in national plans should be taken into account and serve as a basis for future research.”
