- Nearly 250 exhibitors from 19 countries in Europe, America and Asia and more than 3.200 accredited professionals will meet at the fourth edition of the Renewable Gas Fair in Valladolid.
- The International Bioenergy Congress will feature 90 speakers and expects more than 800 accredited participants in its third edition dedicated exclusively to renewable gases.
Both the exhibition and the congress, organized by the Spanish Association of Biomass (AVEBIOM), with the support of the Spanish Biogas Association (AEBIG), once again exceeded the figures of the previous year, demonstrating the undoubted progress of the renewable gas sector in Spain. The show thus becomes the hub reference for all agents committed to consolidating this path for the decarbonization of the economy.
In 2024, the show will occupy 23% more exhibition space than the previous year and will have 16% more exhibitors; in addition, this year, many companies have opted for larger stands to showcase their solutions. In fact, the fair's capacity was reached in May. Companies that expressed interest in participating after this date will be able to attend the next edition, in 2025.
Germany is the guest country this year and with 48 companies it stands out as the largest delegation after Spain. At the Spanish-German conference, organized by the German Chamber of Commerce, several companies will put their know-how for the successful development of biogas and biomethane.
At the congress, company executives and representatives of administrations will analyse in four round tables the crucial issues to ensure the viability of the plants, such as the integration of biomethane into the existing gas network, the regulatory framework or the relationship with local communities.
Thirty-nine speakers in oral presentations and another thirty in poster format will share the latest technological and market advances and developments with attendees.
