The companies PRODEVAL, AVENTECH and INSA from Lyon come together to offer decarbonized and sustainable industrial solutions in the energy sector. The ALLIANCE project aims to equip the biogas chain with an innovative and unprecedented solution for globally standardized production of biogas enrichment systems and CO2 liquefiers to significantly contribute to addressing the key challenges of energy independence, decarbonization and reindustrialization.
A WORLDWIDE MILESTONE IN THE BIOGAS CHAIN!
By uniting the experience of AVENTECH, a European leader in the design, industrialization and manufacturing of critical electrical/industrial equipment, with the experience of PRODEVAL, a leader in the treatment and enrichment of biogas, ALLIANCE aims to develop an industrial and innovative production tool in Europe.
A 20,000 m2 factory will open at the end of 2024 to support this multi-million euro project. 100% financed by AVENTECH, this factory will be intended to house certain AVENTECH activities, including the manufacturing of electrical equipment, electrical shelters/containers and processes (pipes, etc.) in a single location, a strategic and economic location in the south from France.
5.000 m2 will be exclusively dedicated to the new production line of the biogas and CO2 liquefaction units developed by PRODEVAL. Currently, there is no line of this magnitude in the world biogas market. Beyond the technical conception dominated by PRODEVAL, the experiences of AVENTECH and INSA Lyon will be fundamental to guarantee a high level of product industrialization from conception, delayed differentiation and online reconfiguration.
AN INDUSTRIAL AMBITION THAT RESPONDS TO ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES AND THE GREATEST CHALLENGES OF REINDUSTRIALIZATION
The challenge for ALLIANCE lies in the replicability of its international production line. This will enable the efficient and consistent reproduction of complex environmental technologies in various contexts, overcoming location-specific logistical, regulatory and cultural challenges.
It is a true revolution for the biogas chain in the face of the market's growth potential, estimated at several billion euros by 2030. The innovation of the ALLIANCE project lies in the combination of biogas enrichment and CO2 liquefaction solutions, at the same time. while the local export capacity of the industrial solutions implemented is developed. As a result of this project, VALOPUR® DFM (Design For Manufacturing & Maintenance) skids will be complementary to the existing VALOPUR® containerized membranous purification ranges, according to the needs of the sites and clients.
