Just after the III Renewable Gas Show and the 16th International Bioenergy Congress under the title The key moment to accelerate the start-up of biogas and biomethane production plants in Spain, on October 5 and 6 they will meet at the University from Valladolid expert researchers and specialists to show successful examples of the application of anaerobic digestion. In addition, the most significant advances in the treatment of wastewater and organic waste through anaerobic digestion will be presented, including the concept of “biorefinery” to produce a wide range of chemicals and renewable fuels.
The DAAR conferences, Anaerobic Digestion for the Use of Waste, are in turn the space to recognize the work of the researcher and professor Fernando Fernández-Polanco, a pioneering figure and global reference in the field of anaerobic digestion technologies. These sessions are intended to be the closing of the cycle of DAAR seminars initiated by Professor Fernando Fernández-Polanco, in tribute to his legacy and influence.
