TAKORA Solutions consolidates its growth and expands its activity in biogas and process efficiency

TAKORA Solutions celebrates its fifth anniversary, consolidating its position as a specialized technical provider of water treatment solutions and, in recent years, technologies applied to biogas plants. The company, an exhibitor at First Renewable Gas Fair, has recorded its best year since its founding in 2025 and expects to maintain this trend in 2026.

Since its founding in 2020, TAKORA has focused its strategy on integrating proven technologies, prioritizing equipment reliability, ease of operation, and reduced operating and maintenance costs. The company operates as a regular technical partner for engineering firms, industries, and water cycle operators.

Key technologies for water and biogas

TAKORA works with a range of specialized solutions that cover different stages of the water cycle and sludge management: screw dewatering systems, microbubble generators, UV disinfection systems, agitation, pumping, and thermal sludge drying. Among them are the dehydrating screws They have become the company's flagship product, especially after the redesign carried out by its partner FLUITECO, which has introduced differential improvements in efficiency and performance.

Specifically with FLUITECO, TAKORA has also made the leap into the sector of biogasThis is a strategic area in which the company is strengthening its position. This line of business includes thermal sludge drying solutions and highly efficient UV disinfection technologies, designed to meet the new regulatory and operational requirements of the plants.

In parallel, TAKORA observes an increase in demand for technologies associated with water reuse, tertiary and quaternary treatments and reduction of energy consumption, driven by the new TARU DirectiveIn this context, the company highlights the role of solutions such as efficient mechanical dewatering and thermal sludge drying to reduce volumes and consumption.

"A crucial aspect of the Directive is the reduction of energy consumption. In this respect, the growing interest in the screw dehydrator as a dehydration system is a clear example."
Ernesto herrera, Business Development Director at TAKORA Solutions

Looking ahead to the next few years, TAKORA Solutions plans to strengthen its presence in the national market, consolidate its position in biogas, and begin direct exports of certain equipment.
